IMHO, the hyper hub and hyper drive are mandatory. THe hyper levers make building easier as you dont have to deal with the c-clips.

And once you build it HOLD ON cause it ROCKS.

I just switched my MP5 over to the sb19. The hatori has more mid range than the mp5. But if you like ringing an engine out at its max rpm rating then the mp5 is the way to go. I personally run 1800 on the head and it is VERY strong with the hatori.

I am calling on the hyper parts as we speak.

UPS just came so I took a time out to check the kit.

Very nice but for some reason I thought it would have Carbon Fiber frames and trays etc.. for the $$$ and all. Like the Aurora, but no complaints. Do they even make a Carbon frames for the synergy. What just exactly is G10 anyway?

I am so excited I can hardly stand it, and the Aurora shows up next week some time. WoooHooo, BooooYaaah.

Thanks to all,

QUK makes some VERY nice carbon frames as does Synergy. G10 is a fiberglass composite. Just rmember the g10 frames are cheaper in a crash.

You will enjoy your synergy. I to was going to get an aurora but about a month ago I just had to have a 90. Since local support for the Synergy is literally a couple miles away(zooms), I went with the N9. It is hands down the nicest heli I have flown. I will still probably get an aurora (providing they REALLLY improve the quality of their CS and parts supply proves to be plentiful).

But in the mean time, Nothing beats a Synergy....

Awesome can't wait to start building.

I was going through some of the paperwork with the ATG and noticed that is states (p. 20) do not use futaba 9256 or equivalent high frame rate futaba tail servos with ATG.

Well I just got the 611 gyro with, guess what a 9256. Can you use this gyro/servo combo with the ATG or should I return it for another.

What they mean is NOT to use the 9256 as a throttle servo. It is fine with the 611 on the tail.

My bad. Thanks, did not really think it through as it totally makes sense. Been so excited about the synergy and it arrival and the aurora release and trying to get all the parts for both birds straight its been a busy day.

I did get the hyperdrive, hub, sizer, collar, grips and arms along with the Vbar and 8717s for the synergy ordered today and a few more to order friday and I should be good to go.
