Jr 9303 two month I'm having problem changing data is not recording,as soon as you turn it off and on not keeping new change I'm not able change model...any with same issue?

I am thinking have you checked the battery in the inside of the radio ? That can be your problem , how old is the radio ? I am thinking it is like a watch battery on the inside . Good luck Scott Sr.

no, there is no internal battery like on the 8103.
The 9303 uses flash memory.

Sounds like your radio definitely needs to go into Horizon for a check up.

Gotta ask. Once you have changed to a new model do you press the enter button on the left of the screen? If not it'll just go back to the last model you used.

After you scroll to the model you want , click the roller...I shut the radio off/on....and it is there.

I think you can hit the top left ENT button also to gt to the setup sreens and it should be on th enew model.

As a habit, I always cycle power.

Wanna hover??? Buy a helicopter.

definitly IŽll call the horizon people, this radio just brand new and there is no way to change any model or setting no ever resetting funtion
