always ran viperhead. One of the plugs got stripped out. Now i need a new head. Any trouble with clearance on the stratus with the standard cspec head?

yes actually there is the shroud will rub on it. You can either live with it, or do like i did and trim the shroud up higher so it no longer rubs.

fly it like u stole it

I machined the head on each side .180", of course you can do it on a belt sander too, and there is no affect on cooling, where shortening the would be more likely to be detrimental to cooling. If it would be enough to matter is up for discussion I guess. Probably safe either way.
