Can't see the stock paddles making noise. have you checked gear mesh and backslash? What kind of a noise is it?

I checked and rechecked could not find anything wrong with the gears . the only thing I found was the paddles were loose where the plug is in the plastic ? The noise sounds like a vibration ?

Your vibration comes from the torque tube. I have had the same problem. Try with the V90 TT bearings and everything will be OK.

The Vibe TT is usually strait as an arrow. I can't see vibration coming out of there unless you mounted the bearing at the middle creating resonance

I mounted the bearing like they said , but the bearing was loose on the shaft ? This is my 3 JR heli and I never had this problem . But the vibration is only with very high head speed . Other than that it flies great .

The instructions clearly showed (at least on my kit) to attach the bearing to the shaft with the green locktite that came with the kit, which makes it a totally solid attachment. What happened to me the first time I tried to put it in the boom is that the bearing popped out of the rubber holder, and I had to do it again . . .

I had no problem with the glue on the bearing . I'm use to that with all the vibes I have . This bearing was loose on the shaft more than the rest of my helis ? I still think the paddles are off on weight or something with them . I will try a different set of paddles to rule this out . I do have to say I had a problem with installing the lead in the paddles on 1 of them . The lead was not completely stright or round before I tried to install it . That might be it !

sso2112, you can trust me, I have had the same problem. The bearing has too much play into the caoutchouc ring.
Try with the V90 ref, and the O-ring, it will be good.
You can also try to put teflon around the bearing before put in in the caoutchouc ring, but itonly works for flights.
