After about a gallon through my 90 3D there appears to me to be an excessive amount of play in the swash to the point I wont fly the model I have tweaked the bolt to take out play but this has not solved the problem. Any usefull comment would be appreciated

Talk to the retailer, they are not known for this problem (R30, 50 or 90). I'd say it is a one off.
THANKS as you say they are not known for this, and I will show the retailer for sure, unfortunately yesterday I asked if they had another one for me to compare with and they didn't, so I will take the model in to them

Okay well been too busy to get the swash to the shop, but have had a close look at it. there is a metal cut away ring which fits into the inner race of the lower bearing and there is play between these two parts in ONE AXIS so it can rock a bit if you like. I have never seen or heard of this before and think it is a tolerance problem. i have used some thin oil tolerant locktite wicked between the two parts being VERY carefull to not allow any into either bearing race. If this doesn't fix things then I will probably just get a quick UK one
