| I have prepared a small drawing where you can place a 4 mm hole for a hex wrench. The 7 mm are from center rotorshaft. Look in which side you must drill it, it is depended from the side you have mounted the collar ring. For holes in carbon use a slow turning battery powered screw driver and do not press the drill too much (be patient). You can lubricate the drill with clear water if you like and do not puff, wipe away with a wet rag.
Latest carbon frames contain this hole.
