If I bought the 111 tooth gear would it be safe to bore my 10 tooth pinnion out to 8mm for actro 32-3?

Because i had stripped 100T main gear always ,I make my own gear now !Main gear is 100T ,and motor gear have 9T,10t and 11T .11T will put on HP370/40/A2 ,How about the HP motor ?

Boring out any mod 1.0 10T pinion for 8mm shaft wouldnt leave much left... I dont think its possible.

I never stripped a gear which didnt have an explanation (hot pinion, loose pinion, bad gear mesh etc)

On your question, the HP motors are quite old, I never seen one in todays high performance solutions...
