i have both of these problems with my t-rex 500,here's my set up
3 x 9650
1 x 3400g
gy 401
stock Align motor and speed control
DX-7 radio
gain at 45%
2 x11.1 2200 mah batteries
i get wag and it goes away power up a little more and it comes back,and the other day i got the up's and down's
is this a head speed problem?
gyro ?
what am i missing here.

well i've read a few things on this and it goes from gyro setup ,to head speed,to even tail rotor blades,as in put carbon ones on,i've put the Align ESC back to the original configuration and will fly in the AM to see if any better,maybe i'll go back to the 13 tooth pinion..any suggestions?
