ok , well i did my first tic-tocs today (still a little afraid to do inverted ) and when i gave negative pitch to go back to normal flight , the tail got all shakey , too much gain?

ITS EITHER TOO MUCH GAIN OR YOUR LINKAGE... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MINIMAL PLAY IN YOUR TAIL LINKAGE. TRY A TENSION CHECK - USE A LITTLE PRESSURE AND TRY AND TWIST THE TAIL BLADES AND ISOLATE YOUR PLAY AND GO FROM THERE. IF YOU ARE GOOD THERE JUST MAKE SMALL CHANGES ON YOUR GYRO AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD...

sorry it took so long to reply. When you say 40% are you talking on the gyro itself or on your radio??? I have like 55% on my sensitivity on my radio but im not sure how much on my gyro
