| I have set up my throttle linkage as per Christopher J's information

| Remove the stock throttle arm from the engine Carb. (if you have not already) and add the Vario one shown on pg 1 of the directions. Do not add thread lock yet. Swing the butterfly and find the halfway point. Move the throttle arm so it is square to the side frames; tighten.
Power up the servo and go to the halfway point. Hold the Carb. open to the half way point. Measure the length from horn center to horn center. Adjust the length of the push rod. Attach the clevis to the carb. arm. (you may have to remove the Carb. to do this) Check that the ball link is over the ball on the servo while at half stick. Check you high and low settings and adjust you ATVs as needed. Make sure you are no more than a 10 point spread. If it is more then start over on the set up; recheck servo center and Carb. arm centering.
Once set up and at low stick the screw for the Carb. arm can be removed and thread lock applied.

Now when I operate the throttle until it hits the stops both ends I find I have to alter atv to 48% on both low and high stick to prevent my servo buzzing. The whole set up took a long time to get the atv's the same in both directions but the question is, is 48% acceptable/ normal for this heli? Thanks Tim
