Hi all,

I have been looking at this heli for a while and it really looks good. I was wondering when you say no slop in the head does this really mean no slop? The reason I ask is because the Trex 450 that I have is a great little machine, but There is a little slop in the head. Also the tail assembly is very sloppy on the 450. What about the blade grip spacing, is it the same as most 450's or do you need spacers between the blades and the grips to make blades fit? It also looks like this heli has two bearing blocks, one on top and one beneath the main gear, am i seeing that right? Thanks for the info fellas.

Yes the head is a lot better as far as slop in the head and tail IMO..

I am running V-blades with no spacers fits great.

Their is a bearing in top and one below the main gear.

Let us know if you have any other questions

Take care, David

I have had many T-REX 450s and I still have one that I fly regularly. But after I bought and built the BEAM I am really divided.

I use the stock blades which are fantastic and no need for spacers. They fit perfectly.

My friends who fly all the T-REX 450 were really impressed with the manufacturing quality of the BEAM and its head presenting no slop whatsoever.

Eduardo
