Would like to see a new change in scenery it's been a while since Stone Henge, maybe a ballpark or a walking park with objects to land on fly under over or around. What would you like to see in the way of new scenery?

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

Also we need an F3c practice field, with some real depth

I'd like to see the 3D Masters flying site with interactive surroundings, like the one on Reflex XTR.
There are a few sceneries that have been converted for Phoenix from other sims, but they all lack the interaction between the plane/heli and the surroundings, which adds that bit more realism.
How about a nice relaxing mountain scene or an obstacle course to really test your heli skills ?
