Haven't used them in a Pantera, but I have put them in a gasser, and they are great servos. The vibration and loads put on them are a whole lot higher in a 15 pound gasser, so they'd be more than enough in an 8 pound Pantera.

I run 8317's in my Pantera; I think there is a speedup gear change you can do to convert the 8311's. The speed on weighs over torque on the eCCPM. Performance of thise servos is VERY similar to the Futaba 9252.
