What length servo arms are you guys using? I'm using the stock Hitec servo wheels for now. I'm in the outer holes. It looks like enough throw to get started but I dont think they are as long as the heli can handle. I'm going to replace them with DuBro Super Duty arms as soon as I have the heli flying and have a good guess at a better length.

oh, I should have added, I'm running the stock control setup. I did not convert to eCCPM.

No need to convert to eccpm on the Hawk, it flys great just like it is and i would venture to say flys IMHO better than the raven with eccpm. Im a sport flyer though and like precision. As for length of servo arms i would have to check and get back with you on what i ended up with for ive tried several.

If it doesn't fly sell it!

Sorry MartyH I plumb forgot but here you go. 1/2in on throttle, 3/4in on collective, 7/16in on elevator, and 3/4in on aileron. These measurements are from center of servo screw to center of ball. I wonder if they should all be the same?

If it doesn't fly sell it!

No they dont have to be. Thats one of the benefits of NOT having CCPM. You can taylor the throws to suit your desires.

will it's been a while for Mccpm for me, but I do remember I put the ball out as far as I could get it on the Elevator servo (without rubbing the Rod End on the Aileron servo), then I matched the ball on the Aileron servo..
