| I just use loctite. But RH50's Idea look's simple and will add longevity aswell, and i can also see SteveH's Veiw point , the farther apart your baerings are the better. It seams the ultimate desighn would be a combination of all three .Loctite and three extra bearings. Should be able to survive a nucular holicost then. But really I have 9 century heli's with that set up . Except for one of my hawks, never had a problem Just loctiteing the bearings, and by the way don't use 242 loctite .I use red or green. The one i had go out was before i knew about the loctite trick. And it was a hawk ,around the time of the soft shaft quality control problem from century. |
