Looking for a decent charger. Has anyone had one of these long enough to give a decent assessment? Did a little searching, came up with nothing. At $109 USD it didn't seem too pricey, unless I'm missing something.

Was wondering.

how many cells do you need to do. the triton jr is great if you only do up to a 4 cell pack. itll do just about anything. cant speak for the eflite charger but it looks like itll do the job nicely

Balancer?

Just a quick look at the Triton Jr and it doesn't seem to have a built in balancer. Thanks for the tip though.

Eflite EFLC505 charger connection breakdown

I have purchased a eflc505 lipo charger. But have not been able to charge a battery 4s Every time I try I get "connection breakbown" even on the batteries I have charged on my ACCU CYCLE with no problems.
So right now I am not happy with this charger. I have contacted Eflite. I will post what they tell me.
Has anyone else this problem or have an answer for me? Porarity is right.

You must hook up the battery lead....

as well as the balance connector.

There should be a couple of battery adapters (with banana style plugs) that make that connection.

Also, make sure you've got the balance lead plugged in correctly. Seems like it would be easy to miss that one.

Here is thread with my experiences so far, maybe it will help...
