I bought the metal tail pulley set for my caliber 30. On the rear pulley, the side with the set screws is rubbing on the outer race of the bearing. the stock pulley has a little lip that sticks out and rides on the inner race of the bearing. this one is flat. has anyone else had this problem?

I had the exact same problem fitting the metal tail pulley on a C5.
The side that faced the bearing was flat. Fixed it by making a thin shim that it spaced away from the bearing shield and made contact with the inner of the bearing race only. The pulley looked like it should have had the lip but appeared to have been machined off or was finished incorrectly.

I have fixed the problem with a drill and a file i put the lip on it Chris at rc heliworks offered to send me a new one and has been excelent but it was just as easy for me to fix my self i like rc heliworks great caliber parts selection and hope they stick around
