Why is it that most of the sponsored pilots never post here on RR? Is it part of their contractual agreement or are they just beyond all the BS that often comes with these types of forums.

I know they are here and many of them will respond to PM's but, It would be nice to hear from them once in a while.

In truth they get tired of hearing the advice they are giving is wrong from armchair heli experts.

Not the most PC way to say it but that is the general stance of most of them that I know.

They are in general a good group of guys but getting into an argument over something they are clearly expert at with someone just doesnt do anything for positive for them or for the manufacturer that sponsors them.

So their proper action of recourse? Keep on giving the wow and field advice wherever they fly, and fly the smak out of their airframes.

I post where I feel it is beneficial to the topic, and personally I think it is to easy to get drawn into an argument or get pinked.

Well a ceRRtain popular foRRum that shall go unnamed.... Spilt alot of RRep blood for many years now due to its ham fisted adveRRtising policy.

The said owneRR of the foRRum felt that any question a RRep answeRRed meant that he was losing $$ of free advertising.

So many companies/RReps have left the BS and the said foRRum has suffeRRed hoRRibly due to the missing talent/ deleted content over the years.

I dont think ya need a code reader to figure out who is really responsible do ya??

So welcome to RR it is what is, and what it never will be.

What Shadowfox is saying is most-likely true, but with all the RR through out is an over reaction to a otherwise serous topic. Somewhat like the over reaction of Mark Ryder.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

I post in the Scale forum, I stay to the point and ignore the BS .. It sometimes gets difficult to simply let a post go bye that is clearly bad advise.
