Pricing - No we do not yet have the final retail price that we can list. We have to get in every final bill and talk to all our distribution chain to make sure we can get a fair pricing structure across the board. So I do not want to announce a price today that I think is correct and have it change a little before it hits the market. The pricing also varies a little based on our combo, and until we can tell you exactly what comes in the kit, giving you a number is misleading.

I can give you our pricing plan, we are not aiming to be the cheapest option out there and also not aiming to be the most expensive. Similar plan to all our other lines Radix, Muscle pipes, Solid G, ATG, etc.... We hope to give this good product at a good price.

Sorry I do not have a straight answer for you on the price yet.

Yep same here.

There are few things about this kit that makes it very appealing (other than the quality name that's attached to it) and separates it from other 450 helis. I had to ask myself this question...."If I'm so happy with my Mini-Titan why would I want to switch to something else?" These are my honest answers to that question.

QUALITY.... Big on my list. Even though there are other 450 size helis on the market most of them have countless problems and bugs that need to be resolved before a good flying heli emerges from the pile of parts that's sent in the box. Not enough R&D in this industry imho and company's often in hurry to make a quick buck leaving the consumer to do the R&D. I bet that will not be the case with this one.

Low parts count.... I won't rattle about that one. Less is often more.

Able to run 350mm blades out of the box. Stability is golden and does real autos.

TT tail drive. I've never flown a heli with TT so this will be fun to experiment with and see why it's better than a belt. My guess is less drag and more tail authority. How much? I haven't a clue.

It looks freaking cool!!! Yes looks mean something to me.

Appears to be a simple design and easy to repair.

Thanks for all of the details on the new heli Curtis. When you are ready to release the next video, maybe you could throw in an auto or 2 to show the auto performance. I have autoed my Trex for a while but I would like to try another micro with a little more reserve. It would be interesting to see what kind of difference 350mm blades and a TT could make.

3.) Comes with a glass canopy painted the way it is in the videos
That canopy is really nice lookign and the fact that it comes as fg and painted like that is really a nice professional touch.

Now why would he post that ?

Glad to see there is finally some real competition in the 450 market.

But I still don't like Hype marketing. Although effective.

All you guys had to do was mention that CY was involved
a couple of weeks before the release date.Just look at this thread heres the proof.

Look at how Align is exploiting ASJ and JK to sell there products.
Celebrity endorsement has always been a very effective marketing tool.

So when can we expect a release date CY ?
end of May or early June

Go to the electric section, he's replied to every post related to electrics with the same thing. Should be an RR Master by this evening.

I really like the 1 piece aluminum main blade grips!!!
unlike some other "small aircraft" design that uses two
thin pieces of carbon fiber and 10 other parts & fasteners
to make up 1 part???

Hmm very interesting, looks pretty good for sure Curtis. Big question now is will this be out before the Bandit,,, MA might be wanting to worry now...

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

I agree 100%!!! The Bandit design looks cool..... but damn! More parts!! I call that completely unnecessary. I hate extra parts that don't really do any good.

Curtis,

why the overhead flybar design? when underslung is the norm.
What are the pros and cons of each flybar design?

Thanks,

Bob

I think when it's overhead it gives a faster cyclic input rate.
