Littleman, did you try the ministubbs on it yet? If so thoughts? I am looking for fast yet predictable cyclic control.

I havent yet no, in all honesty I'm not in any real hurry to. The cyclics right now aren't blinding like I know they are with the stubz, but I'm really liking how smooth this thing flys right now. I'm sure I will end up trying them, but the ones I'm using now are more than adequate, and they are very predictable, no pitchiness that I have found with them so far.

Ok guys here is the skinny. We are due to receive a run of kits and parts at the end of this week. I will of course likely take one home and build it over the weekend. If everything is looking good they will likley start shipping to shops on Monday. We will then be getting more kits and parts over the next comming weeks.

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

Ok 3DX, maybe this explains it better:
Thanks for not doing that lame, boring, insulting, childish, patronizing count-down effect that everybody hates.

FYI guys I have framed up 2 Raves today. The QC I wanted to do is now complete, and kits should start shipping to stores over the next few days. We did also receive parts. What all is included with the parts I am not 100% sure, but I do know some parts will be shipping with the kits. Happy hunting guys!

the guys at next d have been nothing but honest & very very helpfull with all the questions & whatnot that's been asked of them on this forum & should be congradulated on the way they have conducted them selves. unfortunatly after waiting for ages for the rave to hit the
shops i have today on the week of its release had to cancel
my pre ordered kit.i have no doubt that the rave will be an awesome machine, but for me & it's only my opinion, the uk asking price of £350 that was confirmed to me today is just too much.

The kit comes with set of Radix blades and a Scorpion 6 motor. I will try to get a picture of the kit contents up some time today.

No there is not an ESC included in the kit.
We have not found an ESC we were happy with that could be added to the kit at this time.

I am currently using a CC phoenix 35 with a cc bec. but I'll be switching that for the new CC Ice 50 soon. so far the 35 has run super cool, and has been great.

We will not be bringing kits for sale to any events, as we have a policy to not sell stuff direct to the public. That is bad for our dealers. The only exception is the cosmeticly flawed blades. And there are reasons for this exception, mostly having to do with keeping direct control over a product of "flawed" nature. However I cannot speak for vendors that might attend the events. If they have the kits to sell, and are planning on attending with product to sell I am sure they would bring the kits with them. But I could be wrong.

Now if we attend an event to fly, you can bet we will have plenty of Raves in tow to fly.
