Guys 10 kits were released to the public this weekend, there is 1 left for sale as far as I know. My business card is in each of the first 10 kits in case there are issues so we can get a feel for if there are issues and if there is anything we need to address. If there are issues the new owners will be taken care of 100% and the issues will be addressed as quickly as we can and another round of kits including a run of parts will be available very shortly after adjustments have been made. Rest assured guys we are working hard to provide a high quality product. And so far everything looks really good. For the 10 guys that received the kits, ENJOY THEM! If you have ANY issues or problems contact me, I will make 100% sure you are taken care of and are satisfied with your purchase!

Brian

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

According to spec it would seem the DS287mg would be significantly better then the DS285MG ??? Anyone tried these on the Rave..?

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

We do have a set to try but have not had a chance to do so just yet. They look great and should be even better than the 285 mg's we are currently using, so I say go for it. I know I would.

Well I had planned on doing a build blog but ended up building the Rave at IRCHA so no time for taking photo's

A total of 8hrs completed the build, I'm very impressed at how the Heli went together, a very simple & Interesting build. The manual is one of the most detailed I've ever seen.
I've had about 10 flights so far and have to say it flys like a bigger Heli you can really notice how smooth the TT is in flight.

My set up is

JR 285mgs ccpm
Solid G/JR 3500G
AR 7000 Spektrum RX
Flightpower Evo Lites 2500mah 3s
Scorpion Commander 60amp Esc
Scorpion 2221-6 Motor (included in kit)
Radix 325's (included in kit)

Here is a few photo's I took today. jet lag is now starting to kick in

PJ how is the 60amp commander working out, do you run fixed or gov in it? I know you had concerns with the 55 in relation to what it was doing on the tail etc... I really like the looks of this little heli for certain, the tail looks very well designed imho.

The landing skids look a bid "different" --I did not realized they looked like that (square on the bottom). If I did not enjoy my MiniTitan so much, I would be running for this heli. Was the plan until I flew my MT. Now I can wait. Looks awesome.
