Oooooh!

Emile,
That line certainly did a number on that one.

Somehow I don't think a wire strike kit would've helped.

Sorry bud!

AHHH Quit your whining

It had the uglyst blades ever put on a heli.

Plus it was a NEXUS!!!!!!!

Let me tell ya about the first time Emile tried to sit on my motorcycle.

OH, YES, Emile........... It was almost as ugly as those blades!!! AS good as he is flying, he sucks at balance. Anyway, Emile's always good for some fun and laughs though.
Emile says the heli is salvagable. Nothing 3 or 4 pounds of fiberglass can't fix!

i tell you what!!!!

i'd get more sympathy from a firing squad!!!
okay lemme clear up a few things. no i am not blind actually it was the thin wires that got me. they show up fine when you're looking at them but the little bastages dissapear in your perifreal (or however that is spelled ) i knew i cleared the thick wires but didnt realize i hadn't the thin ones. and as for the blades, the flew great and i thought they looked cool, guess i was the only one. guess the other set like them will just stay on the shelf. i did get the crash on video though and am still waiting to get a copy. i will get it posted soon as i do. that powerline did a number on it though, it litterally took the rotorhead, mast and main gear away from the fuselage in the colision. as for the fuselage, it is already pieced back together. the mechanics just need another set of sideframes, mast, flybar and feathering shaft and it is good to go. the worst part of the crash was that it got my csm gyro. it died, everything else survived. oh well it aint the first time and it wont be the last. what it was for sure.........was a blast!!!

What CSM Gryo do you have? Mine broke when I crashed and I just replaced the Piezo Gyro. it is easy to remove and replace. It is plugged in and only cost me around $28.00 for a new one. Gyro is working fine now, if you are lucky the piezo gyro may of just fell off the circuit board as it is not soldered on, just held on with a dab of silicon rubber glue. Open it and check it out, it is the long cylinder on the circuit board.

hey ja1010

i know, its all in good fun. vetrider alone gives me hell both at home and when he's away tdy, i know i got it coming whenever i crash or do something a little less than smart. rick h, the gyro was a csm 240. i only assumed it no longer works because the case is so badly broken. i havent really tried it and probably wont. i may look into sending it off, it was a great working gyro. i will check it out though. i am sure next year someone will remind me of the powerline being there
