I tryed a set of 550 wide cord mavrick g5's last weekend on my 6s swift 16.
All i can say is wow!!! I will definatley be running these blades from now on. They also gave the heli faster roll and flip rates.
Anybody else tryed these blades?

Have you tried these 3D 560's from RotorTech - they too are a "wide chord" blade - the 560mm version of the 690 and 710 units used by a lot of the top flyers like Scott Gray.

I was looking for the RT 560’s but no one has them in stock – I have been looking for quite a few months now. I don’t think that Century has them in production yet. I am talking about the CN265666C blades.

I recently tried RT 610’s on my Trex and WOW what a difference. They really spice up the cyclic rate over all other blades that I have tried.

The cord on the mavericks measures 58.5 mm .
I haven't tryed the rotor tecks yet but those 690 wide cordes sound like they may be the ticket for an upcomeing project heli.
Will the 560's fit on the swift 16? with stock boom.If so maybe I'll ordera set for my new swift 16 that is due tommorow. With the 8s setup I'm putting in I should be able to pull some huge blades. What does the corde measure on those rt 560's?

Yes they will fit. I used them on my Swift and I loved the response and the extra inertia in autos. Try them and you will love them.....Ron

Those blades looks awesome. But they're out of stock.Unless anybody knows of a supplier that has them in stock. If not I'll just use my mavricks till i can find a set rt 560's to try.
These maverick G5's are working awesome.
Anybody have a measurement on the chord of those RT 560's.
I have several set of 570's. anybody know if they will fit a swift 16?

I thought those Maverick G5s had a wider chord than my Radix but that wasn't the case. I measured my radix and they were 59.05mm wide. Mine are 600mm long so maybe thats why there a little wider.

Will do. I'm very interested to compare 600 wide chord's to std 620's.
My thinking is that the cyclic should be faster. I'm just not sure if the pop is going to increase.
In theory the shorter the blade the faster you can accelarate them. And thus the better they should be for 3D.
