Hi all

need some help please...

2 things: The clutch that comes with kit screws onto the shaft (most other installes instruction i can find slide on). do i simply hand tighten it on, then lock it with nut,or do i need to tighten it hard, then lock with nut?

2:. Should there be gasket between muffler and motor?.

thanks

you need to screw it in hard (oooh err) then lock it on with the nut.

no gasket required on the exhaust.

If your question is whitch to use? the red for your clutch nut because it can be heated to remove.other wise on your 3mm screws blue is suffeciant and can be remove without heat. However on 2mm scews you need red because of the size the blue will not hold. Also make sue the threads on both parts are clean.A shot of contack cleaner will do the trick.Allow 16 hours to fully cure.If your in a hurry ca glue works but can be tough to remove.
