Guys i have sorted out the tail belt slip on the razor

I can stop it slipping in fast backward flight by haveing the belt really tight BUT this does lower the auto performance, driving the belt so tight and wears the belt a hell of a lot faster.

So my fix is this and has allowed me to run the belt a lot looser with NO slippage !

Simply look at the tail box and at the bottom there is a bolt running through the box with 2 bearings on it, like a tensioner, Simply do one over the top of the belt ( eg above the belt) making sure to drill it in place so it pulls down the belt down more.

That way the belt is held down more over the rear pulley.

I can now loosen the belt off, even the rotor head spins easier in your hand on the bench, so there is definatly LESS drag.

Can only be a good thing

if i could put a pic up i would

i you need a pic PM me your email address

i believe the newer kits are coming with the second tensioner. if you add to old tail make sure you align before you drill.
