Wow, impressive. Look at all the wires in that little heli. I use to have a Lepton, it is really a high quality kit. Just a suggesstion, you may want to consider moving the wires away from the XPS receiver antenna a bit more. I have heard of glitches with wire in close proximity to that short antenna.

Just a suggesstion.

wiring

houstonrevo,

yes I agreed, I need to work on the wiring on the receiver end. I did have it this way even with flybar using cyclock without problem for more then 30 flights.

demosa ,

It flys great with super cyclice response that I need to tone down for my skill level. In general you will feel the flybarless a little "floating" compare to flybar. But this configure is great and I do have experience with VSTABI also and flybarless setup on logo and trex 500. This flybalress on Lepton is much better because of the weight factor.

I see a long screw on one of your washout arms... is that to make sure that the washout won't come out of the guides ? Isn't it possible to drill and tap the washout so that it's at a stationary point ?

Also, could you please list all the stuff you have to buy for a flybarless setup (and maybe approximate cost) ?

Thanks again

my setup

demosa,

yes the screw is to make sure the washout don't drop out. I have make a change and just add a mast lock to make it cleaner and eliminate the potential damage the the washout linkage.

There are quite a couple of new flybarless out there release this two weeks and upcoming 30 to 60 days. Do a serach on this forum and you will find them.

I am using CSM because I have it and also the disadvantage of it is 3 compoenents and lots of wiring. But it is also its advantage as these gyro can be reuse for other heli when you decide not to use it anymore. Take a look at the the attached wiring. You need two SL720 and cyclock (if you have mccpm then you don't need cyclock)

You can take a look at this two link for more information.

jyzoom,

Cool setup, i just have a question too which does not have anything to do with the CSM setup.

Where did you get those orange cable savers, i seem to be able to buy black ones in germany but i havn´t seen them in orange, did you get them online? Where?

Thanks...
