I'm flyin the Evo Lite 6S 5350's. They work great, 5+ minutes 3D and awesome power. The 4350's have the same power but the flight time is reduced. I highly recommend these cells for your set-up. Which pinion are you planning to use?

if I recall correctly, 15 or 16 .5mod.

Why use evolites when its only 18C compared to evo 25 w/ 25C's?

If you do the math and you'll see there is a maximum discharge rate advantage for the 25C lower capacity 4350 packs. But the power system you have does not demand the maximum and therefore you get an extra 1000mAh for only a 25 gram weight penalty 680gr vs 705gr. My Evo lite packs have at least 50 - 60 cycles through them at 80% discharge per flight and have shown no degradation in power. They also run cooler then the 25C lower capacity cell even with the longer flight times. I run the 10S 5350 cells in my Logo 600 and can get over 6 minutes of glight time with no problem. Bottom line is they work for me and the extra flight time is nice, I have tried many different brands of cells and I am very happy with the EVO Lites, but it's your choice. For you power system using the .7 Mod main gear the 15 tooth pinion should work very nicely. Sent you a PM with a link to a video of a Logo 500 with basically your same setup using the Evo Lites.

Here is a picture of my Logo 500 3D with the Evolite 6S 5350. They work very well and power stays consistent the whole flight. I also run the Hacker A40-10L-8 on 15T. My timer is set at 5:50 for moderate 3D (circuit practice) which uses about 72% capacity and run about 5:30 when doing hard 3D with about 75-80% used. Own two of them.

ok.. TPX 25C V2 6S 5000 is only 726 grams.. how come no one is using that?

Evo 25C 5000mah vs. evolites 18C 5350, which is better? i think they weigh the same..

I think the EVO25 5000 is about 750g while the EVOlite is 700g (measured it on a scale). Several people I know have had bad luck with the TPX V2 5000 where it fails to hold voltage.

evo 25C 5000mah 6s1p = 799g ,125A Continuous,250A burst!!!!

evo 18C 5350mah 6s1p = 699g, 90,95A Continous, 149.8A bust!!!

more Amps means MORE POWERRRR!!

so FP evo 25 has more pwr? on tower web site evo 25 is 799 gram and so is evo lite 5350 700 gram.. so evo lite is better overall in weight and flying pwr? I also need this to fly my airplane too...

More amps does not necessarily mean more power since the there is a limit to what the motor and ESC can pull. The Hacker A40-10L-8 will pull about 20A average in hover and run up to around 50-70A in most hard maneuvers and spike a little over 100A in extreme cases. The EVO25 might give you a bit more punch (less voltage drop) in the first minute but fall off more than the EVOlite afterwards. The EVOlite gives more consistent power for the duration but it all ends up being a personal preference in the end.

So i've been real happy with the 2500 evolites in my 450 and 500. Currently for my Logo500 and Trex600 i'm using the 6S 5000 packs. So with the A40-8L motor am I going to hit the limits of an Evolite 5350? I don't have a logger so i'm not sure how much i'm pulling right now. I know the 8L is more heavy than the 10L others are running.

Hi guys,

I'm very happy about my Evolite 6S 5350mah pack, because it's more powerfull than my Evo 25 6S 3700mah!!! I have two logo 10 3D;

logo 10 3D carbon "boxed" with align motor(600XL) & esc(75amp) 25teeth pinion, 88% T.curve idleup

logo 10 3D with tango 4510 & jazz 80/6/18, 21teeth pinion, 84%T.c

My timer is set at 10 min for both logos in smooth 3D flights and at the end of the flights it rest about 1A and I recharge 4.2~4.4Amps.

Regards, stef
