Even the red one is no piece of cake. Even after trimming off the futaba tab I had to lightly sand down each side to fit one of the battery slots. They were all a tight fit, even the revmax connectors.

That's odd, on the 2 that I have, neither are a tight fit. Comfortable yes, tight no.

Georg Matthews: I have same experience - is so hard to remove the connectors from the black receiver. Another difference, connectors now upside down.. Signal cable on the bootom - I have never seen it before..
