Hi,

Just begun building my Xtreme50 last night, I'm up to the Jesus bolt right now and while it can pass through the main shaft and through the autorotation hub separatly, I can't get it to pass through both at the same time it stops while tryied to exit the autorotation sleeve...

Seems like something is misaligned but can't see what or why?!

Any body had the same problem or have a fix idea?

Hoi,

Yes had it, just turn the main shaft 180° and it should fit.

no... tried this already. I thing the main shaft is not drilled in the center. when I put a bolt inside the hole and look "inside" the hollow shaft, there is not the same space on each side of the shaft... would have to take a picture to show you but seems to me it is not normal...

If its not a big difference, try to align them as good as possible and go carefully in with a 4 mm drill.
If difference is to big you risk to damage your auto hub (make holes to big), then I should go to the shop and they should take care of it and give you another mainshaft.

Talked with the distributor today, had excellent service and he told me he would replace it right away without problem.

I'm just going through the rest of the kit so we can address all problem in one shipping if any other problems shows up in the kit.

Up to now, excellent service and pretty nice machine
