Just finalizing Jal250r's bird...before flight... did the meshing on the main gear and pinion... Seems like no matter how i adjust it, it seems really tight... My machine has the new helical gear so meshing wasn;t an issue... does the blue gear just really need to be broken in alot more..

Yes,

You need to try and find the "hi spot" on the gear and set the mesh there pretty snug, after a tank or two it will mesh and wear in.
