If you are going strictly E-powered, the Concept EP (even the SR) is not the way to go. I have one and usually fly it in between glow flights and also keep it in the truck most of the time for when I just want to fly w/o the hassle of the fuel, starter, etc.

For my circumstances, the Concept EP SR is perfect (I still plan to upgrade to a brushless motor though! ), but if it were my primary heli, I would probably be dissappointed.

My bad,

I thought the Logo 10 was roughly a 30 size heli and the Logo 20 was 60 size.

I think if I were going to get into electrics I'd probably go with the Joker. There was an artical about it in MHW a while back and it looked like a really nice heli. Had a really interesting sliding seesaw and fixed swashplate. I'd just like to really get a good look at how the head works.

Ok i'm thinking i'm going to use my schulze 18.61 controller. I believe it does have a governor mode. I'll have to ask around. I'm going to put a heatsink on the flat plate side.

I'm looking into some motors now. I'm thinking of getting a Hacker B50 series. I'm wondering if anyone has ever used a lehner motor in their heli before. I was thinking the 15 or 19 series. They have higher rpm/volt ratings than the b50 series hacker motors.

What's the average power output of a brushless motor needed for the logo 10?

The only reason i'm asking about Lehner is because i have used two of their motors and like them even though they are only basic series. I also like the fact that they have sockets for the motor wires instead of the open wire strands of the hacker.
