Aerobatic FAI F3C Contest > Cyclic setup ail left/right and ele fore/aft throw not equal

My cyclic measurements tell me my setup is not aligned.
aileron(left/right) 7 - 5,5 degrees
elevator(fore/aft) 7 - 8 degrees

This really bugs me as I am very maticulous.

My setup
eCCPM (Airskipper 50).

Swash is dead level (top, bottom and middle), not electronically compensated in the TX
Swash middle is 0 degrees
Swash top/bottom = + / - 10 degrees

No trim, No subtrim all measurements done with table, helicopter, and paddles level.
All levers are at 90 degree angles(on servos and pitchcompensator / head)

I'm using a T14MZ TX.

This is not my first eCCPM setup but I'm getting grey hairs(apart from the ones already there because of this

Is it even possible to have different throws when at top, middle, bottom are level?

just an idea,

could it be something like a worn O ring/Spacer/Bearing in the grip?

you would know if you could pull one blade grip and it moves very slightly on the feathering shaft..

the only reason i say this, is on my venture 90 i was getting a very similar problem, and it pointed to one grip where the O ring had worn out causing a spacer to bury itself in the grip and become nothcy...

If not, i hope you find the cause

Matt,

Thanks for your response, I will double check. The truth is that I replaced the damper rubbers and know that the head suffered a bit in my efforts to get them seated properly. One of the bearings is indeed a bit notchy. I will replace that one but I find it hard to believe to be the cause(your remark is very appreciated though as it is probably something "out of the box"
I will disconnect the mainblade holders and verify with the paddles. I know this is not the way to measure it but the offset is the same so if it is linkage related I should get somewhat the same result, if not well I then know where I have to look for it .

Does the swash plate move the same angle each way?
I suggest starting at the swash plate and moving up from there.
