I want to get one of the newer style 3D canopies. I have the kit with the original canopy and seem to recall I need to replace some of the mounting posts. Does anyone have the part numbers for what needs changed out?

I ordered the part number listed above and it came with 2 that were the same size as the shorter ones up front and 2 that were longer than my current ones on the back. Is this correct? Which ones do I use?

It's not pricey. It's a good quality canopy.
Compare to a prepainted TREX 600 canopy (same price) but IMO nicer quality. It's lightweight, yet durable. Not flimsy at all.
It is less than half as much if you choose the unpainted version.

Look at the prices for 90 size helis. You will pay between $80 and $90 for an UNPAINTED FG canopy.

90 bucks is pretty cheap. If you bought the six colors, clear coat, and tape you would easily spend close to $50 or more. Then figure the most valuable thing which is time. I see you coming out ahead buying the pre-painted fiberglass canopy. This of course for those who don't like painting or care that it isn't a custom paint job. As for myself I just want the plastic K3D canopy for my sport of anyone will sell me one or tell me where to find one.

Thanks
Phil
