Stefano, Other than the operating manual, you get with a new PHT3 (in German,or download the translation from Jet Cat USA) I do not know of another manual for the PHT3, Jet Cat, advice, is to send the mechanics back to them for alterations and repair
pinion hopscotch, what do you mean by pinion hopscotch?

Hi Peter R,

The helical pinion that matched with the main crown set with a nut on the clutch.
It has ruined the ferodo hopscotch, and we must replace it.

Stefano, If you are fitting a new main gear as well, then you will have a little more space to work
The metal helical gear is held on by the nut, left hand thread, and a lot of thread lock which is hard to move, as the shaft is tapered.
If you can not release the nut and pinion, then you have to take the clutch assembley out
It is easier to remove one side frame only, as the other side frame will keep all the component parts in place
If you have to take the side frame off, post again, as there are a few critical things you have to get right when you re-build
Good luck
