Hi there,

I have a old quick60 that I want to convert to a torque tube system but it seems that there is only one kit designed for the nitro dominator. I guess I'll have to buy the upper frames and the engine gear and the two others that are on the main shaft.

So if someone has done the modification on his quick60 please let me know

Yes you can convert your older mechanics to a shaft drive. Please post some pictures of the mechanics so we can let you know the details.

Hi there,

So here is the picture of the quick60 mechanic.
As U can see there is one gear on th emain mast and there will be a problem with the torque tube conversion kit as on this mecanic there are for the swash plate two servos on the rear and one on the front.

So I guess I have no other choises than to buy the upper frames of the dominator.

We just completed cutting the Bat Dominator 90. The short answer is you can use many of the parts. However you kit is pre driven tail so you will need to replace the auto hub & one gear. The frame set & Torque system will need to be replaced.

If you would like to do a conversation we can work with you. The shaft drive system is really bullet proof if shimmed out properly like any system.
