Yeah. I love your flying area. Very nice. If you check out my galley.....Youll see a couple of pics of places i used to fly. So beautiful. Id love to get back out to the Oregon coast. My wife wouldnt be so happy. It was 2 and 1/2 hours to the nearest mall.

http://runryder.com/helicopter/gallery/16444/

Thers a few pics of my buddy with his airwolf. He past away a couple of months ago. His screen name was copterwiz. He actually got put in the paper there. It was in the curry county paper. Not sure if i spelled it right. It was Brookings Oregon though. I think they did the story in 03. Newspaper people never get the story right. They had him mixing all kinds of fuel and a few other things that were a little far fetched. He just laughed about it.

Anyways, Thats an awesome flying area.

There 's a pic that looks like you smoked up the air with nitro, and the sun is shining through.

Tryan,
You had to.

Mike,
Peace while flying calms the nerves. Im flying in a construction zone. Grass is super high and guys are building houses. Gotta keep it high to keep it out of the grass. Its only 2 streets over so i can pack up and get there quickly.

Nice Mike. What battery are you running on the 500?

I ran just one pack through my King today. It is trimmed out but I gotta work on the pitch, as it has zero punch. I also need to strap on the Align 285s and that will help a lot I am sure. One observation on the Xtreme frame ... it moves around some stuff and may be a tiny bit lighter, so it is pretty tail heavy even with a 2100 pack on board.

Thanks for the positive comments guys!

I presume youtube is NOT causing the grainy pic.

It must be our camera / setting.

I run 2 X 3S 2100mah,

Align and TP. 7 minute flights. 75% throttle.

There's a Coast Guard heli that flies by ALL the time RIGHT BY my condo.

Someday, I'd like to put a Coast Guard fuse on the 500.

It was nice to fly on the new concrete I am back to building my garage now that the flood is over I have half the concrete poured makes for a nice place to fly.

Speaking of flying nitros, Way2slow has a Kinetic and a 600N.

He says the 600N "flies smooth as glass".

I would imagine 30 size would be a low cost way to "smell the nitro fumes".
