That's why I love electric,
should society collapse,
all I have to do is generate some electricity,
and I can still fly

Till I run out of parts

I know good advice when I ignore it ;)

should society collapse, we will all get together, grab slider, sail a boat to HK, and go raid the esky factory.

Taking a trip on a boat is going to be the best part especially if you have to fly off the foredeck to get your fix everyday... Right now I'm investing in bullits, not stocks......

Tom..... No "D" flying....

I'm now heading to my large flying field with my Super FP. I've really never had a good opportunity to really open up my Super FP in a large flying field. My wife is coming along with video camera in hand and I will have some video footage later tonight. It's a perfect day for flying...55F, mostly cloudy and winds 2 - 8 mph. I can't wait!

Same weather here racin cant wait for the vid but I have a busted TREX. I have the King down in pieces still trying to build a scale landing gear. And cant leave the house due to smoking a big ole fat pork shoulder so no going to the ballfield for the raptor. I took the REX out on the back drive for a quick fix. Had a bad vibration and the rest of the story will get moved to the did you work on your heli today topic.

Oh ya! Nice smoker. I've been meaning to get one of those. What kind of wood are smoking with today? Did you brine?

Well I guess I'll be along for the boat ride (or should I say Yacht as if there is no fuel we will need sails)....
but what to tell the wife,
I can't tell her we are crossing treacherous pirate filled seas for heli parts.....
AHA

"We are on a quest to find the last human civilization!"

I couldn't fly today,
no one to watch the boy

Just gonna have to stretch out yesterday's high.

rub that butt with a whole lot of salt and pepper and and some paprika.
then throw that Butt in the smoker around 150-200 and maintain that range for 1hr per pound. And I mainly use good Midwest oak I use a few hickory briquettes on the bottom of the pile just to help maintain the temperature. If you use pork shoulder AKA pork butt put it on the cooking grate fat side up it will melt into the roast thats all the flavor you'll need. I have had people tell me my roast are to good to put sauce on thats a compliment considering I do so little.

Ill cook on the boat ride!

Yeah,
people are just too impatient.

They cook on high heat and saturate the outside in seasoning just so a little will soak inside.

Low heat with a little of a variety of flavors,
will make a meat amazingly juicy and flavorful
