| canopy Mods...I just used the stock X50 canopy and cut the lower and upper canopy lines to give a more tapered, sleek look. It's very easy with a dremel. I also used some Hirobo Lepton frame supports, in place of the rear canopy supports, to pull the canopy in towards the frames, better aerodynamics and looks in my opinion. I used HOK neon paints and PPG clear coat, just tape off a longer, Synergy looking windshield and your set. I just really like the look of the N9 and Aurora type canopies. I hope RJX will come out with some higher quality paint jobs, with different designs, or maybe Arizona heli will start producing some modified canopies.
IMO this heli is superior to the Align stuff, in quality and flight performance. Pilots do enjoy having a choice of canopy paint designs, and maybe thats one reason the align stuff is so popular.
I3DM your flying is terrific!
