EVEN WITH MY LIMITED INTELLIGENCE AND DYING BRAIN CELLS

Manny, that is the first true thing you have said.

you are definitely bi-polar, and your masquerade of all of the different screen names is lame at best.

strange how all of your friends just happen to have new status and just happen to have the same verbal and typographical habbits that you have. not to mention all of your friends have the intelect of a rock, just like you.I jut dont buy it.

How I miss the chuck norris comparisons, those really were the best for sure.

Bagobitz finds this thread hilarious.
He keeps revisiting RunRyder to catch the latest in" La Lo" land

Bagz also keeps visiting the HGT, which presents him with a problem...namely How to remove P**s stains from the ceiling?

Between the two threads, Bagobitz thinks Mark's advertisers will be very happy with the site-traffic.

___________________________________________________________

WRONG, WRONG WRONG... I joined from Mexico, trying to learn how to build and fly helicopters, had no one to help me here. The guys on THIS forum answered all my questions patiently and persistently. And guess what, they did NOT send me a bill either.

Now I buid and teach how to build / fly to others, have No less than 5 people who are flying because of my help. This is my way of thanking the guys on THIS forum..and guess what... I did not charge anyone to build their heli or fly!!

Oh yes, I did include the nose in hovering class for free too! One of the guys here is already flying inverted...oh.... let me go make that invoice...

And a member here, is soon to come to Leon from California on a family trip. He will have full access to all my helicopters.. for free and if he crashes, he crashes, thats it.. I will not ask him to pay.

This is where brothers play....read this 5 times and maybe you will get it.

So many years wasted on plankers...!!!!

I like the suggestion of pavan_mex. Therefore I am entitled to participate in this because I am one of the people that have an issue with Manny (oops, I mean JRVibe90).

So JRVibe90, I paid you as requested $500 for your premier training package. You probably didn’t assume that I was keeping track of the time you actually spent but I was. Total time spent “training” was just under 3 hours, and that was a stretch. Actual stick time was far less but I guess I will not split hairs, and not factor in the rebuild cost to my 90 when it went in under your expert tutelage.

In accordance with your posted fees and my time accounting you still owe me 8.1 hours of “training” or a refund of $364.50. Humm, let’s see, I choose the refund. I expect my refund within the week. You can post it to my PayPal account (gascione@lhhosting.com). Of course I expect that you will act much more responsibly then my fellow flying club mates that you bashed on your web site, and actually own up to your obligation and promptly pay me. I would hate to have to take this to the next level. Rest assured the moment my refund hits the bank I will gladly notify the entire RunRyder population that I was wrong about the business acumen of Manny Lao. Perhaps he does know how to do the honorable thing. I am somewhat encouraged based on the comments of FBoss.

Thank you in advance Manny, sorry again JRVibe90, for doing the right thing. Because after all, you would never screw anyone and wouldn’t want to be known as somebody that did.

You know who I am and how to get in touch with me. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Good morning Manny. Who are we going to pretend to be today? Well its day 4 and for anyone keeping track or taking bets, no word from Manny and of course no money. Once again you low life piece of trash, you owe me money and I want it.

$364.50.

thats practically a dollar per day for a whole year...

what is your time worth?

Deep down inside you know you are not getting your money back. I know its all about the principle, and its your money but sometimes its healthier to just let it go.

Of course, thanks for sharing your warning and experiences about this character.

Regarding the last two posts I already know where he lives, his phone number, what he drives, and where he hangs out.

Having fun, which is what I am doing is not unhealthy. If for any reason I was stressing about the money or him I would let it go. But this is far from unhealthy for me.

Sometimes principals are important. I already let this slide once before but since he decided to publicly bash my friends and fellow club members, and publicly disclose that he is owed money and cannot collect from them, (which is total BS anyway) I decided he needed a dose of his own medicine.

When I feel like I have been satisified by either collecting my money or embarrassing him all the way back to Manila, I will let it go.

Anyway, I am going to start efforts to privately contact him by Email, phone, and visits to where he lives and hangs out, so we can discuss a reasonable settlement of course.

I wish I could make the DE fun fly. Word has it he will be there. Right now nobody I know has seen him in public.

I don't mean to be bothering people with my posts and problems on this forum, so for that I apologize. This will be my last post in this thread. So my last message is "See You Soon Manny".

Feel free to PM me if you want updates.

I'd send him a certified letter of intent to sue and then when he blows that off file on him in the jurisdiction the field is located. Make it juicer than what he really owes like court costs, emotional distress, punitive, you name it. He almost surely won't show. You'll get a default judgement against him and then proceed to make his life miserable.

If he does show up and plays a new persona, Manny Mason perhaps, you have enough documented evidence, and he'll surely make a fool of himself in front of a judge that you'll likely prevail for your $365 dollar claim regardless. Let the people who are good at it do your dirty work for you

I could see this on Judge Judy right now

Amerika the land of underemployed shysters, Sue em all and let God sort em out.

the unfortunate truth...ask any lawyer...you can and will most likely win in civil court BUT good luck collecting.

I agree with you but collecting would be the fun part. He'd have to settle the judgement before he ever got any future credit approvals.

I think the Judge Judy Idea would be where the money is at.

Get the whole Manny Lalo saga on TV and the next thing you'd have is Dr Phil and Dr Laura bidding over the on air psych analysis. Then they could get on the Gerry Springer show and settle it like real men

Collecting from deadbeats is a lost cause but from people who have jobs and own property like Manny?? it's no problem. You garnishee their wages if they balk.
