Hi guys, whats the best lipo/pinion setup for an A30-8xl on a QJ8-v2-SP is it 4s or 5s? And roughly what mah, I want about 5-10 min of sport/3d. I've been running 5s emoli's for a couple of years and they have gone a bit soft now.

Hi PDF , using the A30-8XL and a 5s1p 2500mah 25C with 16 tooth pinion should get you to around 2400-2450 RPM`s of good strong power , with approx. 5 to 7 minutes ,depending on your flying style...

WOW , that sux . This motor should be able to handle at least 5 cells.
How many cells does Hacker recomend for the max.?

They used to recomend 4 Cells but now you can find it advertised at 5 Cells ..
Really I dont think its good on 5 cells
