a presume ??

On 3/24 he "updates" a post where he's selling a brand new 9303 system.....

I guess it is possible that he has two brand new 9303 radio systems for sale ???

Actually, the deal was for the package without the radio. We agreed for a USPS priority mail shipping, he got the payment on either the 19th or 20th of March. He told me the package was shipped USPS priority mail, and that I should receive it Tuesday or Wednesday (25th or 26th). I sent him a PM, it was then he replied me that the package was shipped "ground" and may take a few more days, whatever "ground" means. I sent him another PM, and since then he hasn't been on RR.
