Is the Spartan gyro easy to set up?

Do you need to use your PC to set it up?

Does it really do anything better than the Futaba 611?

I was going to put a spartan on my X50. The supply and demand of that gyro makes it very hard to get. They sold out in hours last time a shippment came into the US. Maybe they are avil. now? I bought a 611. Tried and true gyro. But its something new to try..

Spartan is very easy to setup. The flash link makes it easier but it is not needed. Just set by blinking lights. Also it is bluetooth compatable. They should have the bluetooth software out soon. That will make it super easy. Overall it is a set it and forget it gyro. Highly recommended.

Is everyone outflying there current gyros? I see alot of 611s for sale because they are buying spartans. Just the new thing to have or 611s are not cutting it anymore???

hi

one less thing to worry about is the amplifier.. Now everyone wants ONE unit not fiddle faddle with more things.


Im waiting for my spartan.. Im using CSM 720 for now (no fiddle faddling with amplifiers)

Crash-Prone and overcoming it!!!

Hands down. Blows the 611 away, the 2 spartans I have, replaced 2 611s Ive had. Now if I could get one more for the 600N
