Is it possible that the clutch pinion has come loose again? Mine ended up coming loose, and I ended up pulling the clutch block and using a tiny bit of JB Weld to glue the pinion into the bearing.

Check your main shaft bearing, you could try to loosen them and make sure the main shaft, main gear, tail drive gear and clutch pinion are all perfectly aligned, then re-loctite everything, also double check the upper main bearing as this is the one that had the minor problem with the mast lock collar, make sure none of the metal shavings worked there way down into the upper bearing.

Ive seen many occasions where the shiny stickers on the tips of the blades make some chirping noise if they are not 100% sealed down. You would swear the sounds coming from the mechanics somewhere, but it was actualy the stickers.

Apart from that, ive got no idea what it could be, never had it or seen anyone have a chirping noise. Strange.

The only chirping noise mine has made was from the oneway during an auto, I just put a bit more grease into the hub & now its sweet.
