Anyone ever see this happen with a Sirius charge? This only seems to happen when using a propeak 13.8 Volt 20 amp power supply. Sent it to Sirius once, and now they asked to resend so they can check closer. Thought I would ask here before sending in again. I did try exchanging the power supply for a new one but still have same issue. If I hook it up to my car batt it works normally. My triton seems to work fine off this same power supply. Thought I would ask here before sending it in again.

Thanks for the help.

Its been a while since I posted this but thought this might help someone else. Apparently there is something with the pro peak power supplies that the charger does not like. Peak Electronics could not even figure it out. Bought a Rivergate Bulldog power supply and the charger works great (again).
