I have a octane dominator pro 26 and the starter one way bearing is now slipping and cannot turn the engine over. Can I run a pull start on this heli?

Absolutely!!
That is how I have always started mine. You will have to shave a little bit of plastic off of the starter housing, but it will bolt on and work just fine.
