Gents, I'm upgrading my 14MZ System to the Fasst 2.4. Can anyone post a picture of the receiver mounted on the Stratus. I don't seem to know where the two antennas should be.
Also, are there any bugs, or hints for me to know? Thanks

Just do it.

Hi

Just order 2.4ghz module for my 14MZ, and two 6014 receiver for my two stratusses.

Does anybody have some more pictures of the FASST receiver mounted in a Stratus?
I need some inspirations

Yes, the other lead runs down the other side of the frame vertically, the only extensions on there are the voltage step down to the rudder servo, which is duralite, and the elevator servo which is a Futaba HD 6" with a ernst lock box on the connector.

Hi

This weekend I changed both my Stratusses from Futaba G3 mode A, to Futaba 2.4 FASST 2048.

It flies great, like before, with G3:D:cool:
Althrough its like they flies more like "On Rails"
I think to remenber, that I somewhere have read, that when your fly on FM/PCM you have lockout almost constantly, you might just don't see/feel it.....

Another good thing::
I saved 20 gram, after remowing the antenna, and the tubes for the antenna:):)
I also removed most of the "polyester sleeve" and there saved 20 gram extra:cool::cool::D:D:D
I removed the enginemount, and saved 15 grams:)

Here's some pictures
I took me 4 hours to get both helis changend and the cable tiedup the same way:p

21 grams for the 14CH 2.4 FASSST receiver

41 grams for the G3 receiver + antenna + tubes

Hi Dalbe
Where did you get the "carbon" Bell Cranks from?
Was it in the BW kit, or conversion kit?

Carbon Bell cranks "High rotiation"

Anybody know if the Carbon Bell cranks "High rotiation" also comes with the BW upgrade kit?

NO, the bell cranks are metal. I think the carbon B/C were prototypes that Bobby Watts and MA were using.
