hope you may make the rest satisfied,

parts made in china. they have no say on whats coming to them china men ship a barge of parts. they get what it is. some good mostly bad. pay shipping for a barge full of heli stuff and hes forced to sell his stock. yes there may be 20,30,40 qww heli out there that have zero problems, but for someone who claims they been doing this for 20+ yrs, i'm not saying you haven't, how about the hundreds and hundreds of defective heli's right out the box out there can't even take to field have to test privately so others cant make fun of thier 2000.00+ investment.

Its matter of thrust

I'm don't used my Field Rep responsibility to write in QWW forum, I write here like an client (my money investment) and QWW product owner. QWW can fix anything-all-etc in my model and I can't recover my thrust in this product again. Its matter of what I found in my new kit from your company (out of the box-NEW).

You really want that I show and continues writing about that (my findings and issues)?
It is this the Challenge to me?

If you thrust in your product; send me other new package (same of I bough) and I will build and made the public review if everything its OK. If I found something wrong I will return this model including my actual model for a COMPLETE money refund of my investment.

Message to TRocks

We make one last offer to work with you to get your heli repaired. I still think you are just being vindictive at this point, however we once again offer our service like many times before. I am not sure exactly what your motive is or you just have an excessive anger issue, but if you choose to not accept our help this time I can't see where you have anything to complain about. Furthermore, you received a fully working, tested, and perfectly built kit, so I don't get where you can comment on our kits, parts, etc. You apparently are just being rude and talking about things you have no knowledge about.

Please bring your camera & you can be a photo journalist & shoot pictures & test all our parts ...then post honestly the facts not words of angry or frustration. WE STAND BEHIND 100% OF OUR PRODUCTS & OFFER TOTAL SUPPORT.

Just be respectful & we will return the same...

If QWW wants to take RaptorEngineer up on this offer instead of having me do it, I completely understand. Actually, that sounds like the right thing to do.

1 vote for Nick, I think I would atleast be able to understand his write-up. No offense RaptorEngineer, but your writing skills are lacking.

Looking fwd to seeing the pics and reading the review. Stand Up offer there QWW, way to go!

S76 you would be a good candidate for a build. Being a real heli mechanic, plus being in the hobby. We have had our words but i would trust your opinion. Plus with both you and Nick both building, you may have diffulcty with one part where nick dosent and vice versa. If both of you run into the same problem post it and have QWW respond.
Two seperate opinions would be hard to argue with.

I totally agree with AZHYPER, the only way to do a completely fair & accurate build would be to get a kit from a hobby shop that didn't know that it was going to be used in a review. Come on, do you think QWW is going to send an off the shelf kit to someone that is going to post a review? Quick will cherry pick each & every part to make sure they are perfect, and insure that nothing is missing. If anyone thinks otherwise, they are extremely naive!

That may or may not be the case. Either way i just want to read about a 20cc building properly and flying reliably.

we can never have too many, can we ?

Thanks for the build offer, but...

I honestly do not have any Gas heli experience, so I don't think I could do any justice to the 'Challenge'. Good luck to whoever will be doing it, (cough, cough, Nick)

Still in doubt?

There are two flaws in your thinking. The first is that we are the manufacturer as well as the only U.S. distributor. This would make it kind of hard for you to pick it up at a hobby shop. The other major flaw is that we are currently finishing up the Bat 70, Bat 90, and the new gasser. We are also currently packing up over 200 electric kits, and after that a couple hundred Bats, and after that god knows how many gassers. So I can honestly say that one, we just don't have the time to "hand pick parts", and two, we have no need to hand pick. Anyone is welcome at any time to come and see our operation. Wanna look at one of the already packed kits, be our guest. Our parts are mass machined and are identical, so I don't see the point of hand picking. If you want a "hobby shop kit", I can send you the contact info and you can contact one of our Japanese or German distributors. However we aren't paying the overseas shipping, you have the doubt you pay the shipping. As for being naive, you are basically insulting others on this forum, which is funny because I don't see you as a usual poster on this forum. So you tell me, exactly how do you form your opinion anyway. We put the challenge out there, and so far a dozen or so have contacted us wanting to participate. If you are one of the close minded people that is dead set against our machines, fine, but don't go insulting the open minded people on this forum.

I've had a couple of gassers (X-Cell and Predator), there's really nothing different about them. Other than mixing the gas and having an ignition engine, they are basically the same. Irwin and I are still going back and forth on exactly what I'm going to build for him. We'll figure it out. What I'm trying to decide is to make an ongoing thread where I post as I build it, or to write it and save it on my computer and then just post it all at once. I'm leaning towards the second, just to avoid it seeming disjointed, and to get all the info right off the bat before the mass of bashing starts.
