| Here are some instructions from the Q15 manual relating to the counter gear assembly.
"Next slide the o-ring over the protruding end. Then slide the pulley spacer on, and finally the cross locking pin. Next slide the gear on the shaft capturing the cross pin with the slot in the gear. Secure the gear down with the second e-clip."
THe problem I am having is that when I assemble this, the o-ring causes the gear to be SO tight that is binds. I slid the oring down the shaft and followed with the spacer. It's too tight. If I take the o-ring out, everything fits fine?
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
