i have never heard of FAI fuel,

I use 20% coolpower, some use 30% nitro fuel, some even use 10%

nothing special...just normal fuel you would get from a hobby shop.

FAI fuel at least for planes used to be 5 percent nitro. That is why I thought it wouldn't work in a heli. Thanks Chuck

FAI fuel is a aero blend, not a heli blend and I think its 0% nitro. Having said that, I believe they do work for some european heli engines like webra.

FAI Fuel

I believe the only place you are required to use FAI fuel (0% nitro) is in the racing events. In the heli events you can use any fuel you like. The US World Team used 30% Nitro. Curtis used Wildcat CY 30% blend and Wayne and Dwight used CoolPower 30% low smoke.
