Viewing RR videos

I don't think I'm too illiterate on the computer, but since I had Fiber optic service installed here at home, I can't see any RR video. Other movies/video sources come through OK, but only the audio portion of the RR downloads. This happens on three different computers, two laptops (windows based) and a MAC pro. Any ideas???? Thanks. K.

You've got to be kidding me! Is this a joke? Or some sort of method of pre-screening the videos for content before they can be posted and viewed?

What's next? Mailing in 35mm negatives to have pictures posted in the galleries?
